Had a quick question about the Summarily Dispatched talent. Is there ever a scenario where you try to optimize that such as:

1. Using Dispatch>Between the Eyes as KiR comes off CD to farm additional buffs from CtO?
2. Utilize the low energy cost if you don't have AR or Buried Treasure (from RtB) active?

I can see some niche value from the first scenario, but I imagine the second one is basically just if you play poorly. Even then it might not be worth it to do/think about. Curious what y'all think.

It's definitely a DPS loss, but if you're only doing it for a few globals whenever KiR is coming up it's probably not a major impact in the grand scale.

It's also only a 15% chance per dispatch and you're casting SS or Ambush anyways, so idk. It "doubles" your chance to get another buff but it might just be shit 🤷

The Charged Crystal effect was given some flags like Allow While Mounted, Allow Aura While Dead in a hotfix which makes me think it will no longer randomly stop working. At least a cursory glance at logs shows the proc continuing to persist through death.

So if it is really fixed then you should sim it compared to Critical Chain, it could be mildly better or worse depending on your crit.
