there aarent multiple different strats or dps checks or phase timers it just can u do 4th soaks and then boss kinda dies

Macroing gs is relatively "ok", be aware that it wont ever be entirely optimal: target swapping in m+ or putting it on a dying target for example. You can macro it to all your abilities.

It's far better than it was, yes, by miles. But it was probably one of the worst abilities in the game. New one is far from perfect though, has multiple issues still. Just because it's better than trash doesn't mean it's almost perfect.
