Charged Crystal should be similar in keys, and in raid if you think the random targeting of Bolts might troll you -
It is possible for the belt to stop working for the rest of the key when you die

This used to be the case with proc trinkets in the past not sure if it still is (and active ones obviously have that 30s equip cd). Maybe it can be tested with an effect that procs a lot (or electric current which cycles)
