Without trying to be negative but I feel like this mog is not ready to be rated. The base of the mog (chest,legs,belt,boots) looks totally fine but like you said the hands aren't really working but I also think the weapon is not really working. Most importantly, I think you are trying to make the waist of time work but when I look at that belt I get a totally different theme/vibe. Making such a piece works, isn't easy and probably takes a bit more time. Instead of picking a theme based on colours i'd stick to a theme based on the items itself. Maybe a mysterious time traveller mog? A dino mog (coming back from the age of the dinos) ? Maybe even an ancient diety mog. I know themes are really personal but what im trying to say is that you are probably better off trying to match the waist of time to a theme than to a colour set.

It’s definitely possible to solo at lvl 60, but I would recommend checking a guide for soloing it. There are a couple bosses that can be a little tricky to solo as they have positional requirements/weird mechanics

you get already 5 for weekly quest so its already 6 for each character for only 1 bg (which u win 100%)
just spam it with all your alts, marks of honor can be sent with mail account wide.
then turn in honor in oribos 2k for 5 marks.

I feel the biggest issue with the rogue tier isnt even its overall looks, its the size and material used.

The helm/shoulders/handguardthings/footguardthings are all WAY too large, tehy need to be scaled down by like 20-40%

and why the hell are those pieces made out of like rocks. Looks like a Warrior set trying to RP as a rogue with some makeshift helmet.

If they made the material more leathery and scaled down, it'd look infinitely better. Still not as great as some other sets. but atleast it wouldnt be comical.

(Helm looking more like concept would be better... More like Bloodfang rather than.. A Scarf over a plate helmet with shiny eyes. but hey atleast no half covered face with shadows)

First is that the scarf on the concept ot is hidden inside the stones...ingame it seams that the stones are attachments of the scarf
Second what i liked was the width of the pants..in the concept they are wide and they width is the same as the boots whicj is not the case in the ingame...
