• sets that were supposed to be rogue only (or any other leather class) are now LEATHER and any class that uses leather can use them.
  Same happens to the other armor types.
  My doubt about the tusks is that I don't quite remember if the item is marked as a cosmetic or not for you to learn

I got the shadow Pan sets, Korkon shaman sets, and all the class armor/weapons ( the ones from the trading post)
I also got the normal vault sets because you can't get those in retail.

especially since it's an expansion later, you should be able to breeze through the mobs as well

so just take any movement speed powers you come across during runs

and use any talents that help with movement as well

• It has an interesting concept and you definitely have room to workshop it!
• Imo, it looks a bit like you are trying to do too many things at once currently. The red on the shoulder/weaps doesn't really go with anything else. The green absolutely doesn't go with anything, but I know it's unavoidable with the cloak 😄
• I do like the contrast between the dark theme and the pale character
• I think it's quite unbalanced atm. You expose legs, but then you cover them with tall boots, while covering the entire upper half.

• Maybe you can play around with boots that go up to the hip, so the only exposed area is the zettai ryōiki
• alternatively, expose more on the upper half to kinda match your bottom.
• The red motives / green motives / black motives I would probably try to split into 3 different mogs.
• You can probably keep the red and blacks, but imo weap change and then decide if you wanna mog the cloak

Yea, there's no cloak with the same deep of a blue hue as that tabard. The closest you can get to it is with the Cloak Tabards but Cloak Tabards have that weird green tint to them
