Do the stormheim campaign up to the point you free a dragon (I guess it's like 4/5 chapters in), after that point you can farm both bindings in heroic mode until they drop, be sure to have outlaw loot spec and you must have outlaw base weapons unlocked as well.
That's pretty much it.
Anything else can be found easily in the guides

Colors are okayish, a lot of green, the headpiece clips thru the shoulders and your head tentacles, big no. I personally don't like those boots, but since they were used on a draenei they do not look as bad as they would on a blood elf per example.

That's not a raid but a scenario introduced in late BFA (really soloable now). I haven't done it since it stopped being current content so idk if anything changed, but, afaik, you need to do a considerable questline to unlock it in the first place (you gotta Google) and then you need to do assaults in either uldum or valley of the four winds, complete them, receive the item needed to do the vision (scenario)
