Cloud Cover has some weird yellow beams in it. But hilariously, when an enemy rogue uses it in pvp, it turns red just like smoke bomb does LOL. so you dont even notice the yellow. You just get enclosed in red smoke like a regular smoke bomb, only a bit bigger. But in the moment nobody's seriously thinking about the size. They just see a red cloud of smoke around them while they're stunned and they naturally assume its smoke bomb and trinket/defensive

I think thats when the tuning will take affect not when the notes will drop. Notes always come out Friday or Monday and the 24th is a Tuesday. And with mythic starting next week they for sure want to give everyone the weekend to consider the tuning to build their rosters.

and turn off all the other functions it has that you don't want

only other options are going to be Shadowed Unit Frames and Unhalted Unit Frames

all 3 of those addons are generally used for pve focused ui

idk if shadowed unit frames is even updated anymore actually
