Im a huge fan of them letting us fly from the get go now when new zones drop. Preventing us from doing so always felt forced. Like, it never felt like "oh yeah it makes sense that I cant fly here". And logging in to find your character unable to do what it could do just the day before is always a feels bad. Letting us fly from the start also forces blizzard to be more creative when designing the new zones because they have to design them with flying in mind from the beginning, especially sky riding.
