The conquest points you can use to buy conquest gear at the conquest vendor. Head,shoulder,chest, gloves and legs can be turned into tier gear. For every 2 tier gear pieces you get a bonus depending on your spec. You can do this at the catalyst. Its in Dornogal outside the profession building(it shows up on the mini map). When you use the catalyst you can drag and drop one of the aforementioned items in it, to turn it into a tier piece. Can only do 1 at the moment and another one next reset.

Been looking at Murlok.io and checking out the top Outlaw rogues because I'm convinced there is something there with burst relatively undiscovered. I notice some of the highest rated Outlaw rogues are stacking mastery and running Trickster; oddly enough? I wanted to know why. I've been spread-sheeting out some of these hero talents, and I'm thinking it might be something to do with using Coup and KS to gain massive finisher +% dmg windows and entering a crackshot rotation within that window?

The key looks to be with Flawless Form.

I think this is kind of counter-intuitive. Reason being, you'd think Coup de Grace would be your "big damage finisher", but from what I'm seeing, it's used more as a burst window opener to gain those 5 stacks of flawless form?

Coup isn’t a big damage finisher. You want to press it because you’ll auto get 5 flawless stacks which is what a 15% inc to finisher damage. Ontop of the probably 4 you already got from unseen blade procs. Then get around 9-12 flawless stacks into a crack window pumps

Hard stuck. Outlaw does feel very different then the other specs. From an "outside" perspective, outlaw looks closer to fury war-playstyle (just with way more utility) then to the other rogue builds. But I never really played outlaw for more then some dungeons, so I could be completely wrong.

Since (nearly) all rouge content creators are sub/sin, and they (nearly) never recommend outlaw for anything. So, I just wanted to know, if an expert outlaw player would agree with the not-recommendation of outlaw. If that makes sense.

outlaw rotation is not very intuitive in general and possibly even less so in pvp. its gameplay kinda shifts in the moment between sins heavy damage sustain and subs setup while never really being as effective at either, and you need to change it based on the situation

i dont think outlaw is a very low to entry spec and thats not saying its some giga skill cap spec, i think the ceiling is also lower then sub so its just kind a a high barrier to entry meh pvp spec rn

very hard to convince even myself to keep playing it over gearing sin (or sub) let alone a new pvper

it stacks off of slows and since you are slowed 100% when playing this game it builds up fast

is it just me or is the outlaw 2set not nerfed in pvp? the tooltip isn't changing when i enter combat

it might just be a tooltip bug, there's been a fuck load of them this season

iirc even on beta it was nerfed by 50%

either that or when they buffed the tier set recently, they borked the pvp mod

also

the 2p proc chance is nerfed by 50% (from 20% to 10%), not the 15% shadow dmg

so now it should be 35% -> 17.5% proc chance

I was giving and outlaw rogue pointers the entire match then he prevented me from getting the 6-0 😐, those pesky rogues always turning their backs on you
