Another question. It seems to me like a class with 3 damage specs like Hunter, rogue, warlock or mage will always have a strong chance at being in the meta. Just because it's rare that all 3 damage specs are going to be below B tier simultaneously. And rogue is a stealth class so fulfills a specific niche, I guess feral could take that spot from rogue hypothetically, but they're succinctly different enough where rogue has a definitive class identity.

In light of this has there ever been an expansion where rogue was actually in the gutter, like D tier or F tier for all 3 specs? And do we forsee that every happening
