I made a Fatebound build with Vicious Venoms to test it out on the dummy for ST damage and well Envenom hits 900k maximum, + Fate Intertwined for about 300k but in reality you can never be sure there won't be secondary targets to soak the hits

Problem with envenom is that mutilate is so trash. So not only does envenom need to do enough damage to be worth spending the combo points on, it also needs to do enough damage to be worth building up enough combo points for it via FoK which is super slow or via mut which is faster but worse to press than FoK in most situations and extremely energy costly. Right now its rare that envenom is worth the time and energy it takes to get 5+ combo points and the combo points themselves.
