I'm no game designer, but I think we should bring CC durations back up to the old values, remove most micro CCs, maybe even get rid of the 3rd DR (make it full -> half -> immune), and then rebalance damage and healing numbers to accommodate those changes

i'm stupid to the point of being borderline brain dead, but maybe it has to do with solo shuffle.. since dying is the end of the round, surviving with that little bit of defensive boost for a few seconds may prove to be enough to catch some heals and survive long enough to recover your team's mmomementnuu

also I noticed I do almost double damage to pvp dummies vs regular dummies. The 950k is to regular dummies. For pvp dummies it's 1.6 mil. What causes the difference?

On the PvP dummy the stats are scaled with the PvP iLvl of your items, so it’s more representative of your damages in PvP. On the regular dummy it’s the pve iLvl that is taken into account

DEPENDS on how you define 1 shot... assass rewards you for ramping up and maintaining your bleeds correctly. so IF you have all of your bleeds rolling properly, and you do something like shadow dance, tea, shiv, deathmark, kb, while all bleeds are rolling, kb is oging to do a fair bit of damage
but one shot is not how the class is designed
smarter people than me can/will add to that info or dispute it. but that is my take
i wouldnt try macroing that though.. it creates more problems than it solves
i do however have thistle tea cast sequence bound to shadow dance

only you can answer that.. is it likely to be useful? yes. ensuring that you have the extra mastery from tea everytime you kb is indeed a good idea

however for macros, you dont need to get fancy or complicated
a simple castsequence macro tying the two together ensuring tea is first, then kingsbane, will probably serve your needs
be aware.. a castsequence requires you to repress the key for each spell tied to the macro.. its not a press 1 key 1 time, do 10 spells
blizzard doesnt like that sort of thing anyway

BACKstab isnt a thing.. the spell, ambush is marginally useful and taking blindside talent is a choice. icyveins has a pretty good set of cookie cutter builds that will get you started , based around our strongest talents this season

Overall rogue is not a class that slow cooks and kill someone easily without cc (both target and healer)
With hpal just make sure you couple do some small nice cc chain
I am not sure if you would like to send kidney to healer and dance cheap shot in second go since hpal’s stun is in CD.
Never played sin + hpal 2s but could be an option when HoJ in cd

It can be dispelled
HoJ and Repentance are combo cc chain by hpal alone on other healer
HoJ has longer CD and Repentance has low CD but it requires casting time
Set a stun like kidney on healer when you can dance cheap shot on main target can be good
So you stun kill target and allow hpal to cast Repentance
For example in your first minute, you have SAP + HoJ + DR Repentance for your first go; then second go can be kidney + Repentance, third go goes back to HoJ + Repentance
Blind will be used to create a super big cc chain
Obviously this is just perfect scenario, but may worth a try
