You have to use an add on (it’s pretty jank) or you have to add a modifier macro

If you’re willing to use a modifier macro then you will be able to Mut with 1 and Ambush with Shift-1 for example, and it be on the same button on your action bars

I'm 3 rating off 1600 (still scrub MMR, I know) in solo shuffle and 3 games in a row last night gained zero rating for going 4-2 or 3-3.

4pc definitely slaps but I feel like if we mis-use defensives we instantly crumple and they already nerfed Assa damage a bunch. Another adjustment is probably coming though because of public perception.

2v2 with healer friend or BG

2v2 with double dps isnt as useful i feel like

@idle patrol personally, for me:

1- Came back after not playing rogue since BFA, mained rogue on and off since BC
2- BG spam for honor gear
3- Skirmishes with the intent of pushing every keybind every round trying to use all of my abilities
3.5 - Realize I hit Shiv once every
3 skirmishes and that is bad
4- YOLO double dps rated arenas to get used to CC chains again. I've played 200+ 2s matches with randoms and brand new pvpers without any concern for rating. I'm at 1300 currently in that bracket.
5- Spamming my burst opener on target dummies to get the muscle memory
6- Actively searching for consistent healers for 2v2 and getting add-ons set to start seriously trying to climb

Currently with 6 solo shuffle matches played I'm about to hit 1600, feeling quite good about it, and the last 2 weeks in 2s with a disc priest we've had about a 60% win rate (he's also new)

That's my returning player former scrub take on how I've adapted to arenas. I'm trying to make this season about playing as many games as possible with my only goal being eventually 1800 for the mog @idle patrol

Probably gonna level and gear a second rogue exclusively for pvp once I truly feel like I wanna push above 1800 so that I have less subconscious fear of losing rating
