You then go to a menu where u can see all the reactions u can make with the character.
Usually when building teams, people use this 90% of the time to build their team 😄
I would just experience a bit with that if I were u. You're roster is quite nice atm, so you should be able to make a couple different combos!

2 teams are required but chiz solo team works if she is well built

you need at least 4-5 chars at lvl 60 and pretty good skill upgrades, teams and carts with modules. solo chiz cannot do it since you have more than 1 stage

solo chiz will never give you needed overall result
