Not sure if this belongs here, but the achievement based specifically in the Yggsgard map known as "I say nay thee!" is unachievable for me. The description asks you to escort the payload to the very end, using the "sapping device" to "wither" Yggsdrasil or something along those lines.

I've won multiple time on both sides, in competitive and in quick play but i cannot seem to get the achievement whatsoever. Its basically the last map based achievement i have left. Please look into it, thanks :)

I'm not particularly familiar with the comics, but I'm under the impression Hela is considered an outright villain (though, being a goddess that mostly hangs out in her own kingdom, I guess she's not as egregious as something like Ultron or Dracula). At this point, I'd guess pretty much every villain has had at least one storyline where they were reluctant anti-hero adjacent.

BUT they knew there would be controversy if they just gave Peter a skin of Miles' suit so either he gets added as a hero despite the lack of differences from Peter or he's absent from Rivals entirely

This game has taken creative liberties to make characters more unique before (Thing and Hulk for example).
If there’s a demand for him it’ll eventually happen. And there sure is bc he’s Marvel’s most popular legacy hero.

He can manipulate ferrous metals, which are ones that are magnetic. If you put a magnet to your skin, or even to your blood, there's just not enough iron in there for him to control you on a consistent basis.

EDIT (because of chat delay): Assuming you care about that interpretation of the lore. His more modern incarnation controls EM fields, at which point, he can just crush you with gravity and not need any metal whatsoever.

But the thing is that one of them shows him bursting through some sort of pod. So since it's kind of neat info, even if it's not 1:1 as this explanation I'm posting is from a discussion of the wukong game which is about chinese myth and yaoguai instead of yokai and shen vs kami. It's still interesting to know that Sai is going around calling everyone "strange spirits/beings" So Thor would be either a Shen or Shenxian in exile, though I'm kinda surprised Sai doesn't compare Thor and Storm to Raijin and Fujin, the gods of thunder and wind.

The post Krakoa stuff is still happening and you can read most of the comics on Marvel Unlimited. I reccomend X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, Exceptional X-Men, Magik, Laura Kinney: Wolverine and Nyx.

There’s also X-Force, X-Factor, Wolverine, Hellverine, Psylocke and probably a couple other team/solo rags I don’t remember but those are the major ones. Another good taste of X-Men would be the Joss Whedon “Astonishing X-Men” run from 2012 and some of the miniseries like God Loves, Man Kills etc

The current era had a few limited events, like Raid on Graymalkin, X-Manhunt and we’re currently in One World Under Doom.

With doom's interference, his interest return back to earth especially Kraoka as he immediately hacks doombots and deliver message to Doom - I'm coming home. He wants to conquer earth into his machine space empire..

start with giant size x-men (1975), then start reading from x-men #94 (x-men 1963. it'll be the one with the knockoff count dracula on the cover). 1975-1991 is known as "the claremont era" after its main writer chris claremont. its essentially the basis for what xmen is to pop culture + is the source material for like 75% of the movies + half the cartoons. days of future past, the phoenix saga, madelyne pryor, storm leading the xmen, storm losing and regaining her powers, it's all there. no shade to bakameinun-chan but FTA is highly controversial quality/reception-wise and i would literally recommend people start with the old 1960s comics before i recommended those 😭 ive literally never spoken in this server but that compelled me

So just finished all the Krakoa event missions and got an interesting lore part about Ultron that might explain how he will become a playable character. Not sure if it's necessary, but I will spoiler tag just in case.
||After attacking Krakoa, Ultron was defeated, as we can see in the victory/defeat cutscenes for the Krakoa level, but managed to upload his mind to Cerebro. Iron Man decided that the best way to fight "X-Tron" was to take Ultron's old body, repair it and let the previous version of UItron help them fight against X-Tron.
So this means we'll be basically playing the old model of Ultron and that "X-Tron" is the real main antagonist of the Hellfire Gala event.||

like I said, there's 8, the Mark XVI/sentient armor that partially ultronized because of Jocasta, the current mark 12/Victor Shade, pretty sure there's some others.

Oh, I was mixing up a couple versions of 8 and 12, mark 12 was the one that went fully heroic and fought 11. 8 became the husband to hawkeye's daughter and a fairly good stepdad.

Quick rant: I'm generally not a fan of the Japanese/Chinese themed skins. For characters such as Psylocke and Iron Fist they make sense. But what do Loki and Hela, two Nordic Gods, have to do with these cultures? These skins just seem off. Wouldn't it be better to create skins that fit their Scandinavian origins? Ok rant over.

Wanda is very strong. Chaos Magic is reality warping because it relies on the metaphysics of reality. Not saying she's weaker than Loki, just saying it's a different lane. Loki could be as strong, if not stronger. He spoke to celestials and commanded them to nearly destroy the earth

So wrong linage of elder god magic for loki to hook into as he's from Ymir's line with some hook into Tiwaz/Buri as an adopted family member. There's also some version(earth X I think?) where the norse gods are cosmic beings that take shape based on belief, and they imprinted on the norse for some reason.

the whole mess with wakanda is because, in djalia, knull is corrupting bast with symbiosis i think? and in birnin t'challa, the heart shaped herbs are withering away because of chronovium, black panther is trying to stop the herbs from dying by throwing away all the chronovium while shuri is trying to keep the chronovium in wakanda to research them

Season 0 - Doom's Rise

Doom2024 and Doom2099 study the laws of time, and break it. Causing multiple timelines to mix and merge.
Both struggle to rise to the conquerer of this new multiverse. Heroes and villains from different timelines come together.
Hela and Loki stage a coup to take advantage of the chaos.
The Spiderverse comes together to protect the Web of Life and Destiny, as they have their own lore and understanding of the multiverse already.
T'Challa turns Wakanda into a galactic Empire because he cannot commune with Bast, only her sister: K'Liluna, the evil one.
I also have no idea what the Hydra bohemoth was about. It's not really explained yet.
K'Liluna, isn't just aiding T'Challa but also Knull, the King in Black. Trying to aid his essence to Klyntar's core where All-Black, the Necrosword lies.

Let's do this in 3 parts so it doesn't get deleted.

Season 1 - Eternal Night Fall

Doom2024(Green) can't beat the other Doom2099(Blue). So, he makes a deal with Dracula, to help give him rule over New York, for his blood to use on the Chronovium.
Doom lies, and now has a Pure Blood Chronovium, basically the essence of immortality.
The only way to stop Dracula is with the Darkhold.
Khonshu and Strange race to get it. Khonshu wants to use it to kill all vampires. This hurts thousands of innocents.
So Strange and Scarlet fight against Khonshu to save them.
Dracula converts many heroes into vampires.
Squirrel Girl frees Ratatoskr, the God of Squirrels (or something) to help defeat dracula without the Darkhold. (Or with its help. It's a little unclear.)
However, win or lose, Doom2024 has the Pureblood Chronovium, the only thing he wanted. Immortality.
The Darkhold is at Stark's Tower. Hence the race through midtown. You fight from Fantastic Four tower, to Stark Tower.

Season 2 - Hellfire Gala

Doom2099(Blue) can't beat the other doom, now that he has the pureblood Chronovium. So, to even the battlefield, he goes to the Hellfire Gala, after being invited by Emma Frost. Doom only shows up because Krokoa was displaced during the Timestream Entanglement, and is now in a time adjacent pocket.
While Doom studies and gathers Chronovium, he sees a future where Ultron beats both Dooms and creates an Age of Ultron, controlling all of time.
To stop this, Doom99 taps into the Chronovium power, trying to erase Ultron from existence. But since time is faulty at the moment, once one version of Ultron is erased, another version of him feels it immediately. Thus, alerting his presence of Doom99 and the location of Krokoa.
Ultron invades the Gala.
He destroys Psylocke, Magik, and Namor's Gala outfits, and Wolverine gives them his original X men costumes instead.
He oopsie dasies Magneto.

Tony Stark realizes the only way to defeat Ultron is with himself, another Ultron. So he fixes Ultron's other body.
Thus making us able to play as Ultron.

for midtown, dr strange and the fantastic four are the assumed "hero" side because instead of using the darkhold to exterminate every vampire like moon knight and iron man do (though moon knight and iron man don't exactly reach the darkhold in avengers tower because it was in the castle/central park iirc?) they use the darkhold carefully and wipe out pure vampires while finding out which ones were civilians

of course in midtown, it's assumed that moon knight and iron man (defending side) won, but in central park dr strange and the fantastic four win by squirrel girl saving ratatoskr and ratatoskr piercing through the vampiric verses and defeating dracula, returning sunlight to new york and beginning the curing process

tl;dr: darkhold wasn't in midtown, neither side is the 'hero' side then but morally it's dr strange and fantastic four, darkhold was actually in dracula's castle and the hero side won in the castle

i think **Arakko **(second new map) will be the final battle and conclusion of S2 storyline, and what's gonna happen at the end to Ultron X
So far what i got from last page of S2, they just showed that Iron Man will reboots Ultron (who got destroyed and reboot him with FRIDAY) and make him on good side

he is the 'good' side fighting against dracula it's just that he wants to use the montesi formula to exterminate ALL vampires indiscriminately, that includes civilians turned vampires

in midtown it's basically a race to who gets the montesi formula first. if herbie scans every scattered page of the darkhold, gets the montesi formula and uploads it to avengers tower, it'll help dr strange a lot in fighting against the vampires but doesn't accomplish moon knight and iron man's goals of exterminating every vampire

Kinda, it's a bit stronger than true adamantium(not yet compared to Adamantine though) mainly it interacts with physics and magic a bit differently. Vibrainium still has it's unique effects of kinetic energy absorption or antimetal depending on where it's from, and if you don't have access to the white hot room, Adamantium is a lot easier to get.
