Ok so a few things that informed my decisions is that in 1v1 there was not a single blaster legend in top 32 in any region, but I don't think the nerfs genuinely made it unusable. The only orb legends that were in any top 32 in 1s were people like raydish who just play it regardless of whether it's good. It's the player, not the weapon in that case.

Top 5 in 1s just had at least two of them in top 8, in 2v2, every weapon in top 5 was repped by every team in top 8 if it wasn't used by both players on the team

Also there were gauntlets everywhere in every top 8 of every region in every gamemode and they won almost every time
