Hello, I have some problems regarding my keyboard settings, if I leave priority on the sair I can't pivot Nairs and it gets hard to play gauntlets or hammer, if I do the opposite it gets hard to play blasters and axe
My current settings are:

U : look up and jump
J : down
K: right
H: left

(Numbers are numpad)
7: light attack
8: throw
9: heavy attack

Alt-gr: dodge

Prioritize side air instead of neutral air: On

Pickup with light attack: on

My problem is

If I turn off the priority on side air

When trying to jump + sair I accidentally always do a neutral air
Do I have to put separated buttons for jump and look up for that not to happen?

If so, what button should I use to jump

set aimup and jump to different buttons, and leave on prioritise neutral over side, that makes xpivots much easier. having jump as a seperate key takes time getting used to

Firstly, if you have the launch option -noeac you MUST remove this for ranked or you will get an error when queuing. Don't get this confused with the EAC bugs.
Secondly, if you have a 32 bit OS or are running Windows vista or older your system isn't supported by the anticheat, either use -noeac as a launch option or upgrade.

If you are having problems such as: The game crashing to a black screen when opening it, any EAC errors when launching the game (such as; "Failed to Initialise Game Launcher") or other problems directly linked to EasyAntiCheat, please try some of the fixes below:

- Verify integrity of game files, if the game has installed badly this will fix it - Right click Brawlhalla in your steam library > properties > local files > Verify integrity of game files...

- Try reinstalling to a DIFFERENT drive to what you had BH installed on before, if you have a C: and D: drive and Brawlhalla was installed on C: try reinstalling on D: if you only have one drive just reinstall the game as normal.

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

There’s no need to pay for anything in this game it’s purely customization. It’s not poor management and if it is at least it’s common economy sense. They make money only on cosmetics and if you can just keep them and play on every platform they make no money

Fortnite is proof that entire line of reasoning is just plain wrong. They make loads more money by allowing players to pick up where they left off on any device. Tons of people buy things for this reason alone, myself included. A purchase feels worthless if i cant access it everytime i use the game so instead of buying all the stuff i want here i bought absolutely nothing and now never will. It's been proven that cross progression increases sales not stops them lol Fortnite, Diablo 2 resurrected sold more copies because of cross progression, not adding it is poor management and ignoring proven industry spending trends. Cross play and progression go together like peanut butter and jelly and only help the state of game and its profits. Any company ignoring these benefits to both the player and the game is either greedy to point of stupidity or just plain incompetent. Or both. Your saying theres no need to buy anything in the game, that general mentality as a veteran player only prove my point here. Anyway fun debate but im out. have fun loosing your rank and progress when you decide to game on the go or switch systems. That sounds super fun

If you are having problems such as: The game crashing to a black screen when opening it, any EAC errors when launching the game (such as; "Failed to Initialise Game Launcher") or other problems directly linked to EasyAntiCheat, please try some of the fixes below:

- Verify integrity of game files, if the game has installed badly this will fix it - Right click Brawlhalla in your steam library > properties > local files > Verify integrity of game files...

- Try reinstalling to a DIFFERENT drive to what you had BH installed on before, if you have a C: and D: drive and Brawlhalla was installed on C: try reinstalling on D: if you only have one drive just reinstall the game as normal.

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

If you are having problems such as: The game crashing to a black screen when opening it, any EAC errors when launching the game (such as; "Failed to Initialise Game Launcher") or other problems directly linked to EasyAntiCheat, please try some of the fixes below:

- Verify integrity of game files, if the game has installed badly this will fix it - Right click Brawlhalla in your steam library > properties > local files > Verify integrity of game files...

- Try reinstalling to a DIFFERENT drive to what you had BH installed on before, if you have a C: and D: drive and Brawlhalla was installed on C: try reinstalling on D: if you only have one drive just reinstall the game as normal.

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

- Making an antivirus exception: search windows defender firewall > allow and app or feature... (on the left) > change settings > scroll down to EAC and tick both boxes.
IF EAC isn't there: go to allow another app > browse > go to the brawlhalla directory \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Brawlhalla\ > add BrawlhallaEAC.exe > tick both boxes for that.
Note: External Antiviruses must also have exceptions made (norton, avast, etc).

- Go into brawlhalla launch options > enter -noeac > open brawlhalla > once its opened completely close the game > close steam completely (right click it in the bottom right icon tray and press exit) > reopen steam > remove -noeac > try reopening the game as normal

Why are some quick attacks backwards

For example spear, I press downright and it attacks upright

not all directional attacks correspond to the same direction ingame

instead think of the directional attack as serving a purpose

nlights usually hit stacked and have decent force, theyre also usually multi hit attacks
slights hit forward and are usually used as combo or string starters
dlights are usually a kind of counter (like an anti air or approach stuffing tool), which is why a lot of them hit upward

During EAC, specifically at "waiting for game" the game causes my pc to freeze for a couple minutes and then crash, no actual game is launched. I noticed no spike in CPU or RAM usage either. The only two errors I got were untrusted system file CoreMessaging.dll and something related to Adobe Air, I downloaded the latter and ran sfc /scannow for the former

This is a weird thing to ask for help for probably, but i'm at the end of my rope, brawlhalla support hasn't responded in months, and my items from battle pass 3 are still missing. So I made a post on the reddit with everything put together in hopes someone from brawlhalla's support can see it and finally, finally help me.

BNK is the new file type used for the sound engine that's really hard to edit, if you're trying to change the sounds, the short hand is you can no longer change the sounds
