and then just practice anything from the shiro dojo guide

If you're getting an error related to "easy anti cheat", add the -noeac launch option in Steam -> Brawlhalla -> Settings -> Properties:

1. Right click the game in the library
2. Click properties (see image below)
3. Go to the general section
4. In the bottom text field, add -noeac

Brawlhalla will now launch with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled.

Please note that you will not be able to play in Ranked or Tournament lobbies when EAC is disabled. As of Patch 6.07, EAC is required for Ranked and Tournament lobbies.

Firstly, if you have the launch option -noeac you MUST disable this for ranked or you will get an error when queuing. Don't get this confused with the EAC bugs.
Secondly, if you have a 32 bit OS or are running Windows vista or older your system isn't supported by the anticheat, either use -noeac as a launch option or upgrade.

If you are having problems such as: The game crashing to a black screen when opening it, any EAC errors when launching the game (such as; "Failed to Initialise Game Launcher") or other problems directly linked to EasyAntiCheat, please try some of the fixes below:

- Verify integrity of game files, if the game has installed badly this will fix it - Right click Brawlhalla in your steam library > properties > local files > Verify integrity of game files...

- Try reinstalling to a DIFFERENT drive to what you had BH installed on before, if you have a C: and D: drive and Brawlhalla was installed on C: try reinstalling on D: if you only have one drive just reinstall the game as normal.

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

- Making an antivirus exception: search windows defender firewall > allow and app or feature... (on the left) > change settings > scroll down to EAC and tick both boxes.
IF EAC isn't there: go to allow another app > browse > go to the brawlhalla directory \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Brawlhalla\ > add BrawlhallaEAC.exe > tick both boxes for that.
Note: External Antiviruses must also have exceptions made (norton, avast, etc).

- Go into brawlhalla launch options > enter -noeac > open brawlhalla > once its opened completely close the game > close steam completely (right click it in the bottom right icon tray and press exit) > reopen steam > remove -noeac > try reopening the game as normal

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

- Making an antivirus exception: search windows defender firewall > allow and app or feature... (on the left) > change settings > scroll down to EAC and tick both boxes.
IF EAC isn't there: go to allow another app > browse > go to the brawlhalla directory \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Brawlhalla\ > add BrawlhallaEAC.exe > tick both boxes for that.
Note: External Antiviruses must also have exceptions made (norton, avast, etc).

- Go into brawlhalla launch options > enter -noeac > open brawlhalla > once its opened completely close the game > close steam completely (right click it in the bottom right icon tray and press exit) > reopen steam > remove -noeac > try reopening the game as normal

2. close the game and go to windows search bar (bottom left) and type %appdata%
3. go to the EasyAntiCheat folder inside the window that opened
4. drag both service.log and anticheatlauncher.log from windows explorer into discord and send them both, since you dont have permissions for that just send them to my DM

The game files are generally installed to the "Common" subfolder of your Steam directory, Replays & Renders are usually saved in your "User" folder

Make sure you're on a 64-bit OS and have Windows 7 or later installed or run windows update. If you do not meet these requirements, you won't be able to play Ranked but you will still be able to play other game modes like Experimental 1v1.

yes if you enable the tech-test in betas it will lock the framerate to your refresh rate and if you use the launch option -framefixunbounded you will have uncapped frames (requires techtest)

what causes weapons to be "meta" and some to be "bad" to the community?

why do the people on the middle right (circled in red) not clap for you at any point during the single player tournament?

meta: usually overplayed because they have something inherently more powerful about them that other weapons are lacking, like the last true meta where gauntlets reigned because they had a consistent 3 hit true combo that could kill.
bad: usually the weapon lacks enough "reasons" to use it at a higher level, other weapons are just worth a players time more, but this one is kinda iffy because its been ages since theres truly been a "bad" weapon, every weapon and every character has been viable for years and even in the worst patches like greatsword meta you could still get rank 1 without playing the meta or even on a bad weapon/legend.

in the end brawlhalla is unbelievable well balanced, better than any fighting game or even game IN GENERAL out there, so both "meta" and "bad" can be taken with a grain of salt. nai is meta in silver ranks and bad at pro level, everyone has their own opinions

Firstly, if you have the launch option -noeac you MUST disable this for ranked or you will get an error when queuing. Don't get this confused with the EAC bugs.
Secondly, if you have a 32 bit OS or are running Windows vista or older your system isn't supported by the anticheat, either use -noeac as a launch option or upgrade.

If you are having problems such as: The game crashing to a black screen when opening it, any EAC errors when launching the game (such as; "Failed to Initialise Game Launcher") or other problems directly linked to EasyAntiCheat, please try some of the fixes below:

- Verify integrity of game files, if the game has installed badly this will fix it - Right click Brawlhalla in your steam library > properties > local files > Verify integrity of game files...

- Try reinstalling to a DIFFERENT drive to what you had BH installed on before, if you have a C: and D: drive and Brawlhalla was installed on C: try reinstalling on D: if you only have one drive just reinstall the game as normal.

- Running Brawlhalla as admin to do this; goto brawlhalla's local files > right click brawlhalla.exe > run as administrator / If no luck try running BrawlhallaEAC.exe as administrator instead

- Making an antivirus exception: search windows defender firewall > allow and app or feature... (on the left) > change settings > scroll down to EAC and tick both boxes.
IF EAC isn't there: go to allow another app > browse > go to the brawlhalla directory \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Brawlhalla\ > add BrawlhallaEAC.exe > tick both boxes for that.
Note: External Antiviruses must also have exceptions made (norton, avast, etc).

- Go into brawlhalla launch options > enter -noeac > open brawlhalla > once its opened completely close the game > close steam completely (right click it in the bottom right icon tray and press exit) > reopen steam > remove -noeac > try reopening the game as normal

it depends on the combo and what you keep messing up but doing the same thing in training mode for hours isn't gonna help, pace yourself, and if the combo isn't working then take a break, improve some more at other aspects of the game and when you come back you might find it easier

well for one make sure you're jumping right after the dlight and with the dlight > jump combos on sword you'll find it a lot easier if you press the dair and jump at basically the same time

obviously jump comes first but you can press them almost simultaneously and hit it
