it might be because youre fishing for combos instead of using them when the oppurtunity comes

the reason why combos are good is because they often provide nearly as much reward as hitting a sig for MUCH less risk. for example going for koji sword ssig for a kill is easy to punish because its a long move with considerable recovery time; however, dlight rec will also have reasonable damage and force and if the dlight misses then you can just get out of the way or cover yourself with nlight.
missing ssig means missing the sig entirely and committing to all of its frame data
missing dlight rec means missing only the dlight, which is a fast move that is hard to punish
low risk moves/options are very valuable in a game focused on punishes

Higher elo players usually struggle with fighting lower elo players because of the lack of a usually definitive playstyle. Golds and silvers tend to do random movements just to either hit the opponent or escape. So this can confuse a person who is used to reading people and playing accordingly with that person. And even if that some how wasnt the case people who get carried or boosted can easily get those borders while just being tin. So beating a diamond doesnt equate to being good or diamond level.

If you're getting an error related to "easy anti cheat", add the -noeac launch option in Steam -> Brawlhalla -> Settings -> Properties:

1. Right click the game in the library
2. Click properties (see image below)
3. Go to the general section
4. In the bottom text field, add -noeac

Brawlhalla will now launch with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled.

so to claim your id you need your id
to get that you can either
1)open brawlhalla and open your inventor(the place where you can chnage your avatar, emotes, etc) and on the top you would find "id"
or
2)go to #bot-channel and type !rank <your in game name>, and you will see your rank and stuff, and you will see "id" in teh bottom

after getting that number you have to !claim <number>
