i need help. once again i'm having a hell of a time with brawlhalla. i had the game running smooth for the past ~6 months but yesterday i logged into my brother's account in
my computer and since then every match has a lot of fps drops.

so, my game is again having fps drops like crazy. i tried everything. right now i'll try to play some matches without eac to see if the frame drops stop but i'm not confident. update: it's not eac.

i'm using windowed maximized, borderlessgaming to make it look like fullscreen, a systme timer tool to get rid of input lag (this is not the cause, i downloaded it exactly beacause of the lag) and standard amd graphic configs over brawlhalla. i can't tweak the process priority/affinity in the task manager (probably because of eac); i have steam and amd overlay off; tech-test enabled, -setfps 144 -high.. that's it. i tried everything i could have in mind.

i sent an e-mail to BMG long ago but they just ignored me. sent another today but, meh, bmg does not care. i know it's fps and not network because i tested the network and checked the fps graph. it goes from 144 to 40 and that's it.

my specs are:
Windows 10, Ryzen 5 3500X, AMD RX 5700, 2x8GB DDR4 and 600W PSU.

any help is appreciated.

1. improve your movement. this will allow you to evade their attacks better
2. learn the spacing. knowing where moves hit will help you not get hit
3. jump. many "spam" sigs dont hit in the air
4. dodge
5. weapon throw. that interrupts sigs
6. stop walking directly towards them
7. change approaches. approaching the same way will cause you to get hit the same way

if you get hit by ssig because you landed right in front of them, drift away next time
bait them into repeating sigs in a way that lets you punish them
