hey i started brawlhalla kinda recently and was curious on how priority of attacks work it doesnt seem like either light beats heavy or heavy beats light is it based off of which ability u use and the hit box of said ability?

like i will sometimes do a up heavy in air with wu shang and even tho i did it first the other persons down heavy will hit me first somehow

but if you're tryna keep combos tight nair is better

either way hitting sair later will make the dodge window smaller

the easy way to do it is this way. First dash jump either left or right. I'm going to use arrows to make it easier to understand and look at. so if you were to dashjump ➡️ the way you would do an xpivot nair would be to input ↖️ and then do the nair. This is because in this game since an "up air" doesn't exist neutral air inputs take their place. If you do it fast enough you should get an xpivot nair. First start slow, so if you don't know how to do a specific thing stop to learn that before you continue. Once you get it down completely, try doing it going ⬅️ and then input ↗️ to get an xpiviot going the other way. I hoped this is helpful and if you need anymore help I will try my best to be there when necessary.

Sword dlight into all aerials is true. The best one's though are sair for knocking them offstage, dair for followup or recovery which is true on certain health, and dlight recovery for killing off the top.

Bow dlight > sair is good for getting into an edge guard and dlight rec is good for killing. Dlight nair is also good for juggling
