and guard (guards)

for rusher you generally want a very fast character with decent defense
for cleaner you want also a fast character. i find blasters to be really good for this due to nlight. anyone who can clean a lot of space with sigs is good there

Hey, I wanted some help to consistently gravity cancel. I want to do the following Dusk Spear combo: SLight, DLight, GC NSig.
I figured out how to gravity cancel by itself, but I haven't managed to do it as part of a combo yet.
I play with a DualShock 4 on Steam via Proton.

Ok, got some progress on GC even though I'm not sure what a spot dodge is. Basically pressing both the heavy button and the dodge button harder and for just a bit longer solves it.
Probably pressing the buttons harder is unrelated and I was just not getting the timing right
