Hello. My PlayStation 4 has recently stopped working because of a hardware issue, and I went to a friends house yesterday and logged in on his PlayStation 4 and loaded up brawlhalla. It didn’t say there was a connection issue but when I opened mallhalla it said “ BAD ACCOUNT STATUS. You will not have access to any of your cosmetic items while you have a negative mammoth coin balance. This is likely a result of refunded DLC” although I did not refund anything. I bought the all legends pack however for a while now (before my PlayStation was broken) I have not had access to the all legends pack or any purchased skins on someone else’s PlayStation. Please tell me how to fix my issue. It says I have -7,800 mammoth coins when I enter mallhalla.
