-during 2 of my 3 stocks in the first game, he would simply stay on the walls. moving from left to right, doign nothing but staying on the walls and, whenever by trying to hit him I'd be under him, he would kill me, proceed to emote a bunch of times and do the same wall thing again
-during my last stock first game, he grabbed a weapon for the first time and started spamming like crazy? out of nowhere
we rematched, and again:

I've cleared cache and game data for both Brawlhalla and Google Play Games and also Brawlhalla within Google Play Games, I've restarted my phone, I've signed in and out of Brawlhalla via Google Play Games, and still nothing. All I get after the client launches and game files are loaded is that it's signing me in via my Google account, it doesn't connect to the Auth Servers which doesn't connect me to the Brawlhalla servers, and then the game starts.

Try to position yourself somewhere where u can easily react to an opponents sig

I’m posting here as a last resort regarding an unresolved support issue that I’ve already raised multiple times via email, but have unfortunately received no response.

I have been trying to recover access to my Brawlhalla account and have sent detailed emails to support, along with all necessary information. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any reply so far.

Summary of the issue:

I am a long-time PS4 Brawlhalla player with significant in-game purchases.
My PS4 has completely stopped working (hardware failure, does not power on).
I still have full access to my PSN account (email and password work fine).
I downloaded Brawlhalla on PC, but the game requires PS4 console authentication, which I cannot complete due to the broken device.

What I’ve already done:

Logged into my PSN account via the official website
Installed and attempted login on PC
Sent multiple support emails with full details

At this point, I am simply requesting:

Manual verification of my account, and
Either bypassing the PS4 authentication requirement or linking/migrating my account to PC.

I am fully willing to provide proof of ownership (PSN details, receipts, username, etc.).

This situation has been extremely frustrating, mainly due to the complete lack of response. I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this or guide me on how to proceed.
