ensure your aimup and jump buttons are separated to follow this guide effectively

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

If your opponent throws out a move and you can’t punish it. Watch their habits after they miss the move. There are people hwo mostly dodge immediately after missing. Or jump. Adjust accordingly and call out/punish those options

From how he responded it seemed like we understood each other. I do see where you're coming from, personally never had this happen from a faulty HDMI. Since these are in-game recordings clipping back 60seconds or so I agree with you for sure. He needs to display his FPS while it occurs. Green bars don't always mean not lagging as i'm sure you know. I would put money on it either being Packet Loss, or FPS being gutted by background programs. That's even if.. he meant during recording or just randomly in-game.

@lilac needle You should look into j5 USB/Multi-Port Hub adapters. They bypass a lot of stuff that older equipment tend to get hung up by. 30$ USD I got a cheap one streams 4k with hdmi, USB A, C, SD/Mini, and audio jack port. No latency can use it to display onto a monitor. Samsung Dex even though unpolished is top tier for making the best of a Mobile experience for cheap along with peripherals.

@lilac needle I'm assuming it's UI is Android, which should work like a plug and play. You could also do that to use USB debugging instead of Wifi Debug to relinquish it's requirement of being connected to a Wifi Network to function. Good luck, hope you find a solution!

I don't mind the wifi stuff. the k2er keymapper you mentioned has delays and stops some of my inputs I tried it but nah. Basically when I connect my keyboard to the phone the game recognizes it and gives me the default keybinds those have no delay at all, but when I overlay stuff like mappers it causes input delays I tried a paid one (panda mouse pro) long time ago it had the same issue. The only good solution could be to impliment some changes that would allow me to do that ingame. Brawl needs google play support on phones so mapping is always going to be harder. I don't expect it to be immediately fixed but if there are more people who complain about this issue surely the devs will take notice

Ahh that makes sense. I never had delay but I was also running brawl through Dex onto a 120hz monitor which runs brawl separate. My actual phone screen is black and it turns my monitor into a replica of windows basically. Along with the Usb hub for my peripherals. I do remember delay with bluetooth devices which is why I went through the trouble back then of finding a clean setup. It definitely has its issues varying by device I would expect. imo if you are actually silver you can’t pick up on anything watching pro play, you can only really understand what happens around your level and the gap gets wider as you get better. Rest is mainly inspiration or some pattern recognition that doesn’t work at your elo

when you play, it’s likely that what you focus on visually is your character. The enemy is sort of just peripheral vision and focus. That makes you leg behind everything, unable to predict and walking into attacks.

what you focus on: if it’s you, you constantly watch your own character way too much, you never really watch what the enemy does you just notice when your character hits or gets hit.

When you focus on the other you can actually start doing all that fancy stuff spacing reading and generally just not feeling like you dont have any reactive agency

true I focus ALOT on myself and what I am doing and my vision is not really on the enemy so for eg if me and my enemy are in the air and he's a bit close to me i THINK I can get a spear sair in but it missed by a little because I thought it would hit

as for ranked, zoom out and see it for what it is. It’s like unranked except you get better matchmaking and rewards for playing. Who wouldn’t want that? Even if someone didn’t care about ranked they'd go ranked because it’s litteraly made to accomodate for their skill level for best experience

Hello, i have a problem, i play ranked 3v3 a lot, and i got to 1300 elo, from there, everything went downhill, i got match after match bots on my team, or discconected people, i'm not saying bots with the meaning of bad players, i mean real bots behevhior, and get opponents who are like 2 3 levels above me in skill, and i keep getting left 1 against 3.

steam and mobiles can't be connected directly to eachother, they both need to be conntected to a ubisoft account
you need to log into the ubisoft account and unlink it there
and when you unlink it you won't be able to link another account as you can only have one account from each platform linked ever
