• switch back to 64bit, and use the -triplebuffer launch option (it does not work on the 32bit version)

anything you buy from the ingame shop is owned by the platform account that you bought it on
so if you play your ubi account on steam then any malhalla purchase is owned by steam

but either way if you have the accounts linked then youll be able to access the item on either account on either platform

for the keyboard issue you prolly have a cheap keyboard with 2 key rollover so it cant input too many buttons at the same time

the ping you get on speed test websites is useless, as ping is highly dependent on the server, routing, and context.

hard to fix without knowing the root cause. here's a way to attempt to debug it.

reinstall the game and run it with -diagnosticslog.
this will create a log file in your documents folder. see if there's anything useful in there.

also look at the windows event viewer to see if it logged an error.
