i recommend dashing instead of chase dodging but both do work
you need to attack then hold your down input to force a dash, obviously press dodge to dash, let go of your down input and do whatever directional attack after
if you chase dodge you just need to input the second attack as soon as you can

Hey ya'll, not sure if this is the right channel for this, but I've been having issues with my inputs. I came back to the release of Priya and haven't played in 2 years or so and ever since I've noticed that I am unable to make any inputs while moving to the right + any other movement input. Meaning that I cannot air dodge up right or down right, or spam dashes to the right if I have S or W inputted at the same time

This ONLY happens on the right side, weirdly enough. Everything on the left side works fine. And I checked my controls and there doesn't seem to be any weird conflicting inputs, and I've played other games and this particular issue only happens on Brawlhalla. Any suggestions to fix? Thanks

internet speed is a misnomer. it's bandwidth, not actually how fast the packets go. so it's irrelevant for any game that optimizes packet sizes correctly. matters is ping, which is actually how long it takes for packets to travel. and that one is affected by a lot of factors, notably routing and your ISP.

try using -nonetworknext in your launch options. if you already use nonetworknext, trying removing it.

I would like to know if my keys are optimal or not: ASD, Space to jump, shift to dodge, J to aim upwards, I for light attack, O for powerful attack and ; to pick up the weapon.

it would be more convenient to have aimup on w and then you can place your fingers better for the attack keys. but if you're ok with pinky on throw there's no problem. just make sure you can properly input diagonal directions. since you'll need to press left/right + up + attack/throw. and having one of the directions be on the right hand can be confusing.
and make sure pickup with light attack is off.

also test and make sure your keyboard doesn't cause ghosting on any of the keys:

go through all 4 diagonal directions, and see if you can hold it and press dodge/light/heavy/throw at the same time. lower quality keyboards cannot handle certain combinations of 3+ keys.

Hi, I am experiencing what looks like connection issues in only 2v2s, the players in the match somewhat frequently teleport around the map.

Here is a list of what I've tried;

• Tweaked and turned of antiviruses/firewall as stated in Brawlhalla support page. (Didn't fix any issues i had).

• Checked that me and my teamate was playing on European servers.

It is not my connection/internet, I have a stable and better than average internet connection and play via ethernet cable. It works flawlessly in other games, and from what I've experienced it works well in 1s as well.

I don't really know what to do, I'd appreciate some assistance. Perhaps it is my pc somehow. I believe it works well on other devices in my house.

a 60 hz monitor comes with inherent input lag for this game. the more hz the less input lag, but with diminishing returns. setting your fps above your monitor hz disables vsync and can help with input lag a little bit, but not much. fps lag is common, if you have good internet/dont live in an apartment complex you can enable -nonetworknext in launch options to help a little with rollback, but it might not help depending on your situation.

theres a bit of input lag regarding your controller or keyboard but its negligible compared to the monitor - if you use controller its better wired than bluetooth

I dont think that 60 hz is the issue specifically other than just having more input delay than a monitor with higher hz. you can also get away with atk stance but you dont really need it
if you find that you need 6 dex for a combo (which i dont think you do) you can go dex stance
and base stance is fine also
