%techtest I dont exactly remember what you've tried, definitely seems like some sort of file issue, have you tried verifying integrity of files? that would be a good start, i think you mentioned having windows updated but if not thats worth a try, and them making an antivirus exception in windows defender and any external antiviruses too (norton, avast) would be what i'd try, and naturally running as admin. also its a kinda weird solution but it changes the files and may help- try using the techtest build of the game, you can see how to enable that below this message.
If none of those are helping, you mentioned it started happening after updating the game, there is a bug/issue that some people have been experiencing since the avatar patch that doesn't let their game open properly, but as far as I know that have a different/no error, regardless the two current working (inconsistently) fixes are to 1) run the game as admin, including setting BrawlhallaGame.exe to run as admin in the "compatibility" tab when right clicking on it and selecting "properties". 2) Installing the game to a different drive to the one its currently installed on (if possible), so if brawl is installed in C:/ drive then install to D:/ drive.
Not sure what i;ve sent you before and what I haven't but maybe one of those helps

definitely seems like a windows issue since the other error before that was also to do with windows, seems weird since it was after a brawl update but thats what the errors are reporting

you can quickly check your windows in command prompt if you follow these steps -

• Launch the 'Command Prompt' as an administrator
• Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (should be fine as long as windows update isnt corrupted/having issues)
• Let it run and once complete type sfc /scannow in the same terminal
• Once thats finished and hopefully both either found any issues and solved them or it hasn't found anything and we can probably just presume eac is being eac

Yea fair enough just play whoever you enjoy the most, using a lot of sigs isn't a bad thing as long as you're doing it in a smart and hard to punish way, if someone constantly runs into your sigs thats their issue not yours

but generally most sigs you wont be able to throw out in neutral unless they're really fast or have a lot of movement, but even then constantly doing it can get you punished, so just try to keep that in mind and dont let others opinions influence your playstyle

go to offline play > coach party

if you're both on controller, just have him press the join button (should be the same as light attack) and he should appear as a second player

if on pc with two keyboards or keyboard+controller, add -multikeyboard to launch options. you'll now be able to use multiple keyboards as different input devices and customize their individual controls

xpivoting on blasters

more care for dodge reads/reactions on scythe:
for reactions, set bot to random dodge, hit a string starter, and work on reacting and punishing
for reads, set bot to what you want to read, hit a string starter, and work on how you shape the string around the read and punish the dodge

and bring that to experimental/ranked too, and work on reading and adapting to real people.

1. Right click the game in the library

Brawlhalla will now launch with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled.

Please note that you will not be able to play in Ranked or Tournament lobbies when EAC is disabled. As of Patch 6.07, EAC is required for Ranked and Tournament lobbies.

i understand how to counter sig spam, bait and punish, but yumikos sig spam? yumiko sig spammers just cover area so i cant aproach and if i go around that area they punish that, what am i supposed to do?

I’d suggest, if your opponent disconnects, hitting the bot to a very high health and dash throwing to ko from directly on stage

Yumiko sigs don’t cover as much ground as you expect them to. If you can react to her hammer ssig then it’s very easily punishable, aswell as her hammer nsig. Hammer dsig you can run underneath, all of which can be used in conjunction with a weapon throw.
Her bow nsig and ssig can be reacted to and her dsig is easily punished as it doesn’t have an aerial hitbox where you can approach from

uninstall reinstall/pray for it to work properly

you can enable the techtest and use certain launch options if you havent already and if its internet lag then you can try disabling network next

Try: open game with EAC ON, open task manager, go to details at the top, find the EAC exe that is running, right click, properties, compatibility tab, run this program as admin, apply. Then close the game completely and try again. unfortunately Im not sure I know any other EAC optimisations, I suppose your firewall could be messing with it but usually thats accompanied with disconnects, you could test if its net-based by seeing if the input delay is persisting in training mode

Actually I'm guessing the EAC service is only properly active in ranked so maybe the training mode test wouldn't work, regardless making a firewall exception is easy and is mentioned here #help-booth message
