That doesn't happen when you attack someone (getting hit gives +1 jump) but having sweat particles would be called being "out of options", options being jump, dodge and recovery

sweat particles are displayed when someone has no jumps, a recovery, or dodge. it's not related to hitting.
there's a different effects that looks like an orange sparkle that happens when you hit someone during their recovery

So while clashing fits the sound and idea it's kinda already taking so just stuffing or interrupting a recovery is fine terminology

Slide-charging a signature is done by charging the signature while retaining momentum, causing the player to move off the ledge of a platform. It is typically easier to land slide-charged signatures on maps with many ledges or ledges close to the main platform, such as Big Miami Dome or Tree Fort. Since these maps are typically found in FFA matchmaking, you may have more success getting KOs through the FFA queue compared to other queues, though this mission can be completed in any matchmaking queue except Brawl of the Week.

Best weapon for the side air attacks? For battle pass mission

its really down to preference but some of the options you could use are

• blasters sair (can be true off dlight or dair)
• sword sair (combos true off dlight)
• greatsword sair (super fast and probably one of the best aerials in the game)
• lance sair (strings out of slight and is just a pretty good move all-round)
• bow sair (combos true off dlight)
• spear sair (combos true off dlight)
• scythe sair (fast and easy to use at the end of a string)
• orb sair (combos true off slight)

katars sair and cannon sair are the only two options i think would be hard to get KOs with consistently

From @steep lynx : thats unfortunate, you could try setting the cpu priority to high and make sure no other applications are affecting your pc while playing brawl (overlays like shadowplay/steam/discord, etc) to set it too high
open brawlhalla > open task manager > details > right click brawlhalla.exe > change priority > high (dont use realtime)

You can try enabling it via registry editor, just try not to mess with anything but the games high priority as you can mess your pc up in there, i can explain how to so that wont be an issue, but first I would test if the anticheat is causing it - go into launch options on steam (right click brawlhalla >properties) and try the launch option -noeac, you wont be able to play ranked or tournament with this on but at the very least you can test if the issues are still happening with the anticheat off, if thats whats causing it then at least we can try fixes to do with that

Also definitely check if the input delay is present in training mode, could always be network causing that

I did use -noeac for a few days to see if that was the issue and that hasnt really made a difference if i had it on or not. i would hope my internet isnt the issue i have decent internet and on ethernet, other games like val or apex work amazing ping wise etc.

to start just make sure you learn the moves and the true combos, depending on your level you should focus on different things but in general make sure you know the normal true combos (dlight sair, dlight slight, dlight dash jump dair, occasionally dair sair, and dlight rec unless you're like gold or below then you dont really need it). think about zoning your opponent with moves like slight and sair (use it while moving back or forwards) and forcing them into bad positions, make sure to utilise dash especially to space quickly out of moves like slight. try not to get into the habit of using too many long moves like nlight and dlight in neutral as they're very punishable, if your legend has any signature use out of dlight that can be good to utilise if they have no dodge (dlight nsig on a lot of chars). cody travis has a really good blasters guide worth watching too

make sure the lobby region is the closest one to you (if you make the lobby it will set to the region that you've set in settings, if another person made it then it will be set to whatever their region is in their settings), you can see lobby region next to the room code

top tip - you cant
sair and dair have the biggest priority in the game. the only way you can counter it properly is by abusing its weak points directly above and below it
alternatively, depending on the weapon, you can attempt to bait out sair and dair and punish it with anti air attacks like bow nlight, axe dlight and most nsigs
also dont panic jump and dont panic in general
