Hey, my friend is unable to launch the game with EAC on. Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

The game launches as a process, but doesn't actually start or do anything no matter how long he waits. He's tried restarting Steam, re-installing the game.

When he uses the -noeac in launch options, he can play just fine, but that means he cannot play ranked, sadly.

kaya doesn't have sig true combos aside from a last frame dlight nsig on bow which isn't useful at all.
spears best true combos are dlight > rec and dlight > sair, theres also sair > nlight but only on 6 dex (just remove dex on kaya)
bows best true combos are basically all of the dlight ones (dlight sair, dlight rec, dlight nair, etc)
whats "best" depends on the situation

Any ways to reduce ibput lag on keyboard besides -framfixunbounded or -broadcaster or things like that. When playing on keyboard, my attk keys(j,k,l) have very noticeable delay that causes true combos to have a 4 dodge window. However, playing on mouse inputs me much faster and I pull off the combo no problem. Anyone know why or can fix my keyboard not inputing with so much of that delay?
