note: this has worked for me twice already after failing to do it on a different boss.

Bosses if you wanna gear farm solo, sword trials if you wanna gear farm in a group (it also allows you to spend all your energy quicker in return for higher number of drops), outposts if you wanna level mystic skills.

Specific bosses drop specific gear which you should watch a guide to understand the gear sets recommended for your build.

If you have enough to max out arsenal save the energy. Still don't let it cap out, do STs and bosses for the innerway chests or outposts for the ebon iron.
