Yeah, I remember I used to play the version where prison mines where cage mines despite it not being the latest since that's the only version where the config worked. And I checked just to be sure. I have Player Trap Time: 24 yet it still doesn't keep the player trapped that long ;-;

I find this to be rather varied 
Seems the default Modded in the config for the scrap & traps config doesn't work for modded moons, though if you change Modded to Custom... then the scrap & traps will appear on modded moons.
Vanilla still works for having the scrap & traps spawn on vanilla moons, though.

Yeah. I "convert" my format to DawnLib on registration
so i tested it and it is definitely not lunarconfig. surprisingly, the tesla gates worked. i tried resetting the config and put a high number on the acid spitter and it still didn't spawn.

just tested the acid spitter on default spawn curve again. it worked now but if I changed the spawn curve at all, it won't work. same goes for other mods dependent on DawnLib.

how exactly does this mod generate scrap? using unity explorer i cant find the spawnrates on each moon. i mean, scrap IS spawning on vanilla and modded moons, so its not that. is it injected in some different way to other scrap mods? sorry if this is an odd question. trying to make your mod work with APLC's scrapsanity.
because i haven't disabled any scrap in the config, and the imported.py i'm receiving is saying your scrap doesn't have a chance to spawn on any moon when that isn't true at all.

If a plastic fish spawns, it will randomly choose between the variants

APLC checks the spawnableScrap list for each moon because it needs to know which scrap are logically accessible from what moons before the ship lands.

yeah, APLC would need compatibility with DawnLib if you're trying to edit scrap spawn weights
either that or using LunarConfig, which has inherent compatibility

APLC currently gets the weights from the moon's spawnabelScrap list, but I guess DawnLib doesn't put the weights in there until the ship is landing?

I found a workaround anyway, but just FYI it did not fix it
The Vanilla and Modded tags seem to override the individual moon names
So I just added it individually to every single moon that I didn't want it blacklisted on
Makes me glad I culled my pack down to only 30 moons, from like 80 π

i dont think .AddCurve ever runs here lol
what i would do, is add the curve to both tag curve and normal curve
less efficient but there isn't really a guaranteed way to know what namespace dictates as a moon before the lobby exists

Every time it renders a tooltip, it crashes
I tested it in a blank HDRP project and it still crashes
Also tested 2022.3.62f3 and it crashes
Unity v6 does not have this issue

While I don't have a playable version with this setup, I should at least be able to work on mods again

what's the context?
Unity is crashing every time it renders a tooltip. It seems to be specifically tied to Vulkan.
Forcing Unity to use OpenGL (Which doesn't help in an HDRP project) seems to prevent this issue
are you using an outdated Unity version? I thought it was fixed for Nvidia + Vulkan in the last Unity update Zeekerss did

No, I haven't. I'm unsure which version is the oldest that LC can work with
I used a too up-to-date version back when I had the issue of Unity exploding because of Nvidia + Vulkan and it worked fine for asset bundling purposes
I did try v2023. While I couldn't launch LC, I was able to access the assets 'n stuff.
But opening that project today resulted in it being completely broken...
I'll try with 2022.3.39f1 tomorrow
