was probably winding up or at the end of his chase? I don't remember if he accelerates or decelerates
He should be accelerating, but he is not at his max speed for you don't hear the horn sound
Still feels slower than usual

sometimes the horn sound doesnt play if really far away. I think that might be it? Like the horn is loud but doesnt travel far. At least I've had Foxy run at me slow because I went close to him before he started charging but after he picked a target
though it's a rare case for me
Yeah, the horn sound radius is really limited compared to the footsteps
Didn't want it to be annoying for everyone one the map, and wanted it to feel like you 've been run through by a train (I thought it was quircky)
It's a really cool addition ngl
And the horn doesn't play unless he reached is maximum momentum

Yup! I mean, tbh, foxy was a big project, but not as big as Freddy Krueger which was and is still tearing my mind in half. Foxy is just nice to work on because I learned from my mistakes
But I am so frustrated that I have to delay the release of my third monster because of Freddy and school

The scanning was weird in testing, but it seems to have broken down completly

other than the non scanning thing he did stand up extremely quick. Engine sound seemed to persist for a bit after he fell over.
That was intentional( Second part) but if it is weird, I can remove it easily

In short, his rise up speed is random. Every o.2 seconds, he generates a number between 1 and 125. If it is 1, he switch to the next behaviour

completely random off thought outside all this but idk how much modeling is complete hell. Have you thought about making other models of foxy for the mod? (like the FNAF 1, 2, 3 versions.)

Well, tbh, this is nightmare foxy, so I might do a regular foxy mod which includes his pirate cove and all, but that'd be a different mod
I like creating new concept of enemy with new mechanics, so remodeling is not my thing trully π

now to go to a moon where he likely spawns.. so.. offense, celest or something along those lines where he appears a lot for me

Exp run, Foxy spawned. He was stuck behind a door and I went close to the door (it was a power door from factory tileset)
he jumped THROUGH THE DOOR, killed me, then teleported back behind the door

I actually think it might be something to do with the Backrooms itself than Foxy, he's just the easiest to understand it because you can hear him from FOREVER AWAY

On the lethal config, the howl volume is set to default at 7 but its written that over 1 is really loud is it normal?

I think putting it to 7 will automatically put it to 1
so that might be why it doesn''t affect much

From the clip I've seen of my mod, I always thought it was reasonable
I think the 7 just becomes a 1 automatically

I found a bug, only hosts can see foxy falling down to the ground. Other players can't see it falling down, they will see it running in place.

I have a really cool idea. Add that Foxy can look out of the wall, that is, watch the players and scare them with his suddenness, when you are walking through the complex and Foxy jumps out of the wall
