Yes, after I saw this error I uninstalled, installed, turned it off and on again but apparently nothing worked.

I think I know what the issue is basically the guy before is right it's servers whenever you make an account it put you in a server pool each server has an amount of accounts pending on how many people in your server are live at one time the servers will lag of you log out and play offline and it works fine then it's the ea servers if it's still laggy it's the game

Just make a new account they won't believe you didn't cheat if the found it unless you contact them direct and they will be able to see you were logged on a separate ip address when the cheat was used
