Hmb big groups, chug pots when needed. At level 76, I do lvl 70 mobs, because it's faster and deals less damage. Gold between 70 and 75 in crimson is the same, not sure in regular.

Knockdown with 3 helps a lot, grab F also restores hp.

so def down effectively halves the dps increase from piercing

so if a boss has 100% defense, and you have 50% piercing, the boss has 50% defense
if you then apply 50% def down, the boss now has 25% defense

basically it is not additive

because lightning only has storm cleave for multi target healing, so if your time to kill is too long wind might be better

if you want to check only your LF counts, unequip your soul badge and reduce your GM to below 48

then parse on dummy without using anything else except lmb f

then you divide number of LF hits with the length of fight

Wind is more AOE skill while lightning is single target focused build with small AOE. Most go Light because of huge crit rate buffs from skill GM while wind is more efficient in MSP

then you need to get used to her timings, to not parry too late or too early

and you rotate between rmb, q, e and spin

and in emrgencies you have hmb and ss

if you wan to test just your LF counts, the best is to unequip enough LFs to be below 48GM, unequip the soul badge, then do a dummy parse with only LF LMB

LF/s should be as close to 4 as possible

and LF/(lmb:epc + lmb:lb) close to 2

i found the 30gm c to be slightly better in my tests

i double class changed so i was able to just swap them back and forth to test

much better burst on 30gm, and very slightly better damage

but you'd need cavok to run the hard numbers cause im lazy
