Technically you can bleed with your cat when you pin.
But it's one of those "you really want to have" skills, otherwise like the others said, rumblebees will bleed on right click.

Just rely on bd's or whatever other classes have it way easier to bleed if you're playing hornet or sunflower as a summoner.

even more in 4 man grps
and since as a sum(unless you cheat with xml) your dmg isn't great anyway, you sacrifice not much dps for a very easy to proc bleed

Bleed is worth a lot of dps. If someone can spec it in the party they should always be ready to pop it on

A lot of smns just simply arent very good at the game, but get a pass because shred is op and it doesnt matter if they play poorly

That's why I was not at the beginning one of those "let me get in the group cause I support" as I was playing sunflower+speed hammers. Now as the game is more progressive and Hornet is back on my radar, feels great to do more things as the almighty NC intended. 
(and pvp is nicer as Hornet)

I mean part of the equation is the fact there are less and less sums, more so moderately geared ones for harder content. Whale ones class swap to big pp dps classes probably because they couldn’t stand being weak. Being exclusive while almost mandatory is a free pass, skilled or not.
So we get a bunch of farmer sums with no hammer at all mostly these days in a random party. Thankfully it’s just for queens and below so not a big deal.
The kind that never stealth or pin cc-ed bosses. And maybe die with their 10-20k dps at lv 75-77. That’s the level of skill I mean.

Hp regen in neo is 0.083% of max hp every 2s, so just get the % and /2 to find out how much bleed is worth. Its generally a smidge lower than the dps check required per person to clear

Cause there is no real price. If you as a buyer really want it you'll pay whatever price you see.
The only real price ever stated would be when NC decides that Gold is capped at a specific value.
And if you go with what prices players sell/buy, a main skill is usually again depended on the class. A summoner has lower valued skills. Even if we're awesome.
Anything 10k or bellow should be, ok-ish.
(as with anything, if you want a specific value to be sold at, you keep adding that same value, or lower it steadily each day and see where it sells) Some players wait for a specific amount cause that's what they have, others ask in world chat "Who sells this skill (x skill)?".

Sunflower was always good in terms of DPS, rumble became good as soon as it was used properly, sunflower+speed hammers does more DPS than just sunflower, and Hornet now is catching up barely.
