Well you can marry regardless of gender. Though if you are thinking poly, that's not in the cards yet. Only issue is that all NPCs accidently have the exact same personality, traits and preferences right now, which means you have to set up a dating pool yourself until they fix it.

Yeah, it's a bug that effects a lot of the simulation aspects honestly, so they'll get to it soon. Until then, you can make an NPC or multiple and plop them in another house. Then you can romance and marry them same as any straight couple.

So I tested this out. I made a teenager Zoi, but changed the preference before. Once they aged up, I created a new Zoi with the same preference as a roommate so that I could get the card info for my original Zoi, and voilà, my original Zoi's intended preference I set during creation carried over into young adult. 🙂

You can switch without teleporting by moving the camera to not be focused on the currently selected zoi before switching. If you’re on focus mode/following them it will do the same on the other zoi you click but if you unfocus it won’t

I think it’s a bug. My zoi stays stuck in their rabbit hole career outfits. It seems to replace their everyday and I have to swap it back manually each time. You can click them and choose to change outfit

If you're concerned it's an issue with your system, a lot of game support teams have technical knowledge/skills and would be able to help you in both respects. I suspect we'll see mods to do some of that soon, mod tools come out in May, so hopefully in a few months we'll have some cool mod tools. There's a app for iPhones that lets you use iPhone camera to do that, but its only for iPhones. Modders will do something eventually when they get tools and support.

Question for builders. I see builds on canvas that have high gables with a window in the gable part of the roof. I can not figure out how people are altering roofs at all for the window in the gable or for a dormer window on the top side of the roof. Even holding alt key won’t let me place anything on the roof area or even place two windows on the same vertical plane.
