So how you add it on the Inzoi

Select any customizable item. Then select the paintbrush icon. On the bottom right you'll see textures begin to load. At the top of those textures you'll see a blue folder that lets you upload photos from your computer (pictures folder or wherever you save pics) that will save to your textures that you can then use in game. Hope this helps, I'm afk, so going by memory

this happened to me with the bachelor pad that was well under 100mb...I hate when it happens bc you gotta play the hopscotch game of which cc is doing it (that's after you rule out textures) 🫠 That's why I don't use much cc until they fix this sizing bug. Like Brad hinted on, and @lime mesa is looking into this, too--the game reflects a bigger size than what the cc initially is, causing builders potential stress when trying to upload lol

The orange one looks like wither the 19 or 8 Beachfront Drive in Bliss bay, you might want to check there.
If they are available, place them, then export the property. It will then be available everywhere

The other one also seems like Bliss Bay, possibly the 203 Sommerset Drive.

Love the lighting, and I agree with Brad on lowering the roof. For the exterior, are you firm on the color/texture? Bc I think it would pop if you used a different color. All black would be dope, too 💕

Yeah, roofs can be tricky lol. But def lower it, maybe give it some overhang (and maybe a balcony for outdoor eating?). Pillars add a touch of character, too. And I'm biased when it comes to dark tones, so 100% to a dark exterior

As for my little restaurant, I changed the roof
Do you think it looks a bit better compared to the old one? I lowered the height at first, but I ended up finding it kinda ugly lmaooo

That roof is MUCH better!! And now we're catching the vibe with the color tones 💕 Though, I would put a matching awning over that other window (and maybe change the color if it looks like too much cream)
