There is a way to do face mocap when in photo mode, and alter their facial expressions that way but it takes a lot out of my PC! It starts breathing heavy whenever I turn that on so I use sparingly 😅

Oh I mean like you can set your phone up with it to mirror whatever expression you want your zoi to have from your own phone camera, and I think there’s an option for it to follow the neck too! I don’t think it can freeze the frame. So if you wanna use it for a static pose you have to literally hold the expression as you capture the photo 💀 it’s lowkey annoying but you can get some custom shots that way

Unfortunately, the house move-in loans are still only restricted to an already placed house on the world. You still cannot buy a lot, then decide to place a mansion and get a loan for it. But for the rest? yeah it's pretty cool ! (But the interest rate is too low for a serious challenge... at least atm).

Loans are goofy in that the payments only cover the interest and does not change the balance.

Agreed there's that, but the payments are so low that it does not impact your zoi family the slightest.
Like you can purchase the 203 somerset drive, get the loan, and repay like 900 mew every 2 days.
You MIGHT struggle if you're a lone zoi with a crappy or no career and no side-gigs. But if you have a partner and maybe have 1-2 roommates until you get richer, then it's 100% a non-issue.

Push those interests to 6% and the struggle will get real, but you'd need to contribute to the principal, I absolutely agree. Otherwise you can roleplay this as a renting fee. 900 every 2 days is about 3150 per week, which for renting is more than owning cheaper houses.

It needs work, but I still wish we could adjust the interest rates 😉

at least in the next update you can dump all the textures you use in one folder (all the albedos, rename them 1, 2, 3, etc) then simply drag/drop them on walls to decorate. No more scrolling through really small and repeating patterns that you have 5 of each (because you subbed to a creator's 5 houses that all use the same texture). Real time saver.

They are investigating how this can be implemented. A lot of things can be seen as inclusion and lack thereof. But it's a game that simulates real life, not real life.

Not everything has to be political or about inclusion. It just could be that there are priorities for development, there are things that the game or devs can find hard to implement, and codes clashing together to break the game. That's all there is to it.

If you wish to suggest or criticize something, do so with respect and acknowledgment that they are continuously at work for the best of the game. No need to diminish or reduce their hard work to a lack of care just because something you want is not implemented at present.

I have an insecurity about the game, and I wanted to share my thoughts.

I've been seeing a lot of comments from players who want the crime system to expand and become more like GTA. After watching yesterday's update video showing Zois being able to throw objects, I have to admit I'm a little worried. It's not that I won't use the feature or that I dislike it, but I don't think it's something the game necessarily needs right now.
I see many people asking for more violence and more crime-related content while often overlooking things like personalities, traits, family gameplay, relationships, and other life simulation features.

I'm also thinking about the future multiplayer mode. I really don't want the game to become focused only on gangs and crime. I hope it doesn't go in that direction. Don't get me wrong, I do want crime gameplay to expand because I'd love to create a police officer Zoi someday. However, I don't want crime to become the main focus of development.

Hopefully, as Kjun has said before, the team will continue prioritizing personalities, traits, families, relationships, and other life-simulation systems alongside any crime-related additions.

because I didn't know it was the woohoo equivalent and was trying to figure out what it is, I just thought it increases their relationship thingy

One thing I like about InZOI's Build Mode is the icons for furniture and objects. It's easy to tell if you're selecting a chair, a lamp, or something else. In Para, the icons seemed too small, and I always had to stop for a moment to figure out what I was looking at.

also forgot to comment on the advantage of spiral stairases - they are useful if the story/level/floor has tall walls
like I used a 3.9 m wall on my first build and the staircase footprint is looooong and the stairs wonky so I had to revert back to the usual 3.0 height. I shudder to think how long the staircase would've been if I used the max wall height
a spiral staircase would occupy way less footprint
