Rabbithole jobs have their place. We have 3 types of jobs right now:
1- Rabbit hole. Send your daddy to work and focus on your own zoi. He comes back from work at 6pm with a fat paycheck

2- Non-rabbithole jobs, you can follow your zoi around to make sure they do their tasks, but it's not required. They just progress slower if they fail a lot of them (notorious for the idol jobs),

3- new 0.8.0 jobs where you HAVE to babysit your zoi or you fail all of them and get bad rep
