so for people having issue with the new update not running and crashing before main screen I have a fix that worked for me. In the NVidia drivers ( or what ever driver app you use) turn your settings down the game will work then but your game will look like hot garbage so open your game and go put all your original setting but leaving "ray tracing mesh" as fallback mesh clicked. I don't know why this worked but was a fix for me now my game runs the update.

I played this game on release on a 2080 Super and it ran fine; I just reinstalled it and I have a 9070 XT now. I keep on crashing after the startup animation. I was able to get to the main menu a couple of times after manually deleting shader caches and verifying file integrity on steam, but subsequent launches always fail to get to the menu. I followed all the steps in the crashing guide and then some but it's still crashing... is this just a recent problem or does this game just not like AMD cards?

If they're from Curseforge, you put them into the mods folder in Documents/InZOI/mods (smth like that)

If they're from elsewhere, those use unofficial mod loaders and you need to read the instructions for them individually

But Lumen doesn’t even render every pass each frame, some of them run at a low framerate, like Lumen GI, which is why those ghosting effects appear.

Maybe it needs to be somehow re-routed through the hardware RT pipeline, since in UE the RT still renders through Lumen’s pipeline anyway, but other way that puts a heavy load on the RT cores

Inzoi devs said before launch that they plan to update the game for about 20 years (unless they get shut down).
