After a long, long battle fixing everything that broke with the update this morning, everything should be coming back online.

I apologize for the downtime. This was a very unexpected update that caused a LOT of issues and corrupted most of our maps while completely breaking our backend services. These have all been repaired (I think) and I'll be monitoring everything for issues.

@elder tendon is loading back up now with a restored map. Slight rollback expected.

@echo moat very broken. Might have to have a big rollback to a stable save. Will post more soon.

Due to the issues with the update, we're having to rollback to before the update was pushed on @echo moat. It'll be back up shortly.

I was trying to follow along on the #announcements channel, but there were only 2 updates there; even the "Update: no update, still working on it" was helpful, but there was no update there when the server was actually alive again. (I just happened to try to reconnect at the right time)

I dont mind about any rollbacks, a rollback is much better than a wipe. But I do feel communication could improve. When the servers went down, and people got the "you are already connected as a player" message, several people messaged here that they were getting the same thing; that let me know that I wasn't the only one, which is helpful information. Those messages got deleted, however, and then the channel got locked from comments. That's super unhelpful, and any other players checking in here to see what's going on wouldn't have that information, and thought it might've been on their end. For clarity; the top google results of that error indicate that there's something wrong with the player, not the server.
