basically there's an issue with the rust server getting a memory leak (where the ram usage goes to absolute max)
this is related to the server software Rust/Facepunch themselves distribute, other servers also have the problem. The cause of the memory leak is not known, and rather very mysterious/random.
It leads to the server having no ram left, hence the lag experienced. This issue is not related to pop, as it sometimes happens to even 0 pop servers
