never fire on yourself if your not sure, pay STRICT attention to the shell count, once you know the position of one color you know them both and so does the dealer, waste smokes > letting the dealer steal them, steal the dealers smokes -saws -handcuffs, scoring works differently in double or nothing compared to the regular game where the regular game charges you for smokes- beer- and dying- where double or nothing charges you for time at a rate of $40k every ten minutes or $200 every 3 seconds bottoming out at $10 at 17 minutes

For some reason, it keeps saying something about not having the required graphics card, but my graphics card is more than capable to handle it, and aside from that it just won't start in general. the controller is being picked up by the pc as an audio device, it probably has a headset jack or tiny speaker on it, either way you have to go into your sound mixer, then system sounds and under either playback or recording find whatever is being picked up by the pc and disable it

the server thing us a valid point though, its literally why battlestate keeps ripping people off over tarkov bullsh!t, like seeing if they could get away with not giving early access players free access to the single player mode and arena (they couldnt) and then have the balls to start charging something like $200 dollars for what was an already $145 game for the full package or after upgrading your inventory space (which you HAVE to do, its a looter shooter FFS)

they were charging a flat rate for access to a multiplayer game with some big promise of never selling cosmetics or pay to win item mall crap, and like 3 years ago i was like "how the hell does that scale? eventually their gonna have to either go subscriton based or sell ad space in game ", another concept they made it a point to vow they would never do which is dumb cause they have fake advertisements that are just real things with minor alterations like lexus bilboards with a Z or V instead of an L on the hood ect)

now their clearly running out of money and either their runway is running short or their investors are calling for their dividends and they aint got it or cant afford it, either way every aspect of what theyve been doing the last year so two has all the signs of treading water

the guy who made the multiplayer mod hosts it on a little home server and i asked him what his plan is if like say a twitch streamer or youtuber name drops it and it blows up overnight and just melts your server? he was like "lol idk i guess ill deal with it if and when it happens" lol

but he had a great point about keeping everything basically serverside data wise adds the protection from things like people hacking the leaderboards or being able to hack the game with something as simple as cheatengine, the way the game works now it basicically asks you "hey whats your score? which items do you have and where?. how much health do you have this round?" and just takes your word for it

i just had an idea for a great item that i havent seen suggested
a shot glass - the item should look like an empty upside down shot glass and when you use it you flip it over fill it from a bottle of brown/black liquor you throw it back and bang the shot glass on the table twice and smash it

shuffling the order of the shells is pretty niche since you already don't know the order of the shells to begin with, or at least you have a very limited knowledge of it unless you used 8 phones lol.
I think it could be that you pull out a random shell and inspect it to give the player time to process if it's live, like the magnifying glass, then load it into the gun qnd shake it to randomize it (your opponent doesn't know which shell you loaded)

you can determine a gesstimate of the shell position after about half are fired off, the dealer is WAY better at this than most people and randomizing is akin to reracking the whole magazine which would be useful after someone uses phones or magnifying glass especially in multiplayer which i assume in 4 player will have a minium of 4 shells if not more, but a better idea would be to have it flip the colors like a reverter but for every shell, would definitely have turned the tables in many games

regardless of strategy theres always a luck factor, of which i have none so im usually good to go if i bet against myself and or lean towards worst case scenario

i have a question

so starting the game everything is fine, then the screen splits diagonally, shells already falling on one half, and the normal start up sequence in the other. One half has very colorful and non grainy textures while the other has the normal textures. All of the text on the screen is also split diagonally. Almost impossible to read anything other than the title. during gameplay, a couple animations are missing, like the adrenaline visual effect on the screen.
