So if you have an AMD, you follow the link in the discussion post on steam.
Then you'll wanna hover over the "software" category and click on "GPU Performance API"
It will get you to a download page and you simply download it for Windows or Linux depending on what you have.
You extract the files from the zip and voilà.
Open the game after removing the opengl thing from the steam launcher (though copy the thingy just in case it doesn't work for you --rendering-driver opengl3) :right click on the game on steam --> properties--> launching option

It should work! Now please keep in mind I am no programmer and it worked for me. If it doesn't work for you, I'm sorry but I am of no further help and resorting to the opengl3 shorcut is your best option

Hello channel! There is a workaround to have Buckshot in high resolution without using a mod, that works with the Steam version right now! Create a file called override.cfg and put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Buckshot Roulette\Buckshot Roulette_windows. Put this in the file:

window/stretch/mode = "canvas_items"```
That's it! Enjoy Buckshot Roulette in 4K!
