I'd also put cushioning in the head and maybe red leds in the eyes
For the hands I could just get rubber "monster hand" costume gloves and paint them

2b. this prevents certain people (me) from dragging on their turns and not letting the other person play the game (this exact thing happened with i played buckshot multiplayer on roblox with friends, i would stall my turns using soda and blanks for upwards of 5 minutes until i got handsaw + magnifying glass)

I don’t believe “no updates after Steam” has ever been mentioned, but there are some Steam specific things like achievements that may not carry over. There’s many successful games and tools out there that keep versioning at parity.

its not your fualt apperently, godot 4.2 broke a lot of projects including the base game. so you may have to use gofot 4.1 as that seems to work

Just wanna say I think more horror games today should take inspiration from Mike's games. I love the analogue horror genre and before I discovered Mike's work I was really wishing that someone would capture the vibe of that genre in a game. Mike did all that, and then some. If he doesn't know he will always try to drink beer.
Then he guesses(or knows depending on if it's the last).
The handsaw will only be used if he thinks it's a live.
The handcuffs I don't remember that well, but I think he will use them whenever possible.
So not really 50%/50% if you have items, or the last shot is a part of it.

i think the ai's been the same. i assume just a lot of persistence
it is important to note that the ai is absolutely terrible
||uses items whenever it can, and if it doesn't know the shell, either from using a magnifying glass or it being the last shell, it's a coin flip whether it shoots you or itself. there are some small addl details but that's mostly it||
