You're almost to level 20 which unlocks gazebo parts inside chests. I would first wait to open the chests until rank 20 and save your keys. (Opening chests also takes up a lot of space, and you don't necessarily need anything out of the chest right now). Also, gold chests are the best chest to open.

Space is valuable in this game. If you have ranked up and have enough coins, I would just go ahead and buy the land. You're going to eventually buy it, so why not buy it now if you can?
For clearing trees and rocks - I would just clear what you can - there is really no good method. Once again, you'll eventually have to take it down so just work one tree/rock at a time I suppose is the best way to do it.

yeah, I know they said that but I haven't personally noticed any changes and I am still missing a significant amount of stickers with whatever changes they did make, they also used the word "slight" when the differences should be majorly noticeable, it's not just the daily challenges, it's also more specifically the drop rate of high tier stickers - there's times where I've gone 2+ weeks with no new stickers dropped LOL
