after a bit of research, and if one is patient enough, it's actually 3 to the power of the tier of the item; So let's say you will be merging 3 of the brown cows (tier 2 cow) the xp = 3^2 = 9 and if you are merging 5 (which you should be xD) it's then xp = (3^2)*2 = 18; You multiply it by 2 because merging 5 is technically merging 6 but with a discount.

When you harvest plants/animals, you'll wait 30 minutes to harvest them again instead of 1 hour.

Trees, rocks and toolboxes will also be reduced, so the last level would be 1 hour instead of 2.

Orders are also sped up.
