Do you not always hold on to one ticket so that you can refresh your farm quickly? You don't have to leave the game to refresh your farm, you can visit another farm without collecting anything. This way your farm reloads, but it doesn't consume the ticket.

They are the trees that you can purchase in the flash deals. There are three tiers of them just like normal trees and they are choppable but also movable. They make good decorations, and you can also use them to store energy or just keep your friends up in the corner

Get another worker or?

then get tons of toolboxes to stock up energy with the toolbox trick

and once you have enough stock just buy another worker and clear everything up

I would save all of your gems for unlocking premium land in the beginning (and for quite some time).
Also make sure you're always 5-merging them.
I do know some people use them to skip that last sliver for the 2-hour jobs

You get tool boxes from chests, but I actually wouldn't unlock any chests until you are closer to level 20, that way you can save on space. Opening chests creates a lot of clutter. You can safely shovel away chests anytime (but keep all of your keys!)

It is just decoration, the only nice thing is that once you repair it you can put it away in your decoration barn if you want to. Same thing with the chicken coop. Also same thing with the windmill, but I would not repair the windmill until much much later in the game so that you save tools
