If you have a train ticket, you can click on the train station and then choose who to visit

You will need to collect a certain number of keys of the same colour of the chest (Bronze, Silver, Gold). If you have three of the previous colour, you can merge them together to get a key of the next colour above. Once you get the number of keys needed you can open the chest. Alternatively, you can use gems to open the chest

with 2 bronze keys you open a bronze chest. with 5 bronze keys you get 2 silver keus and open a silver chest now you need 13 bronze keys to get 2 golden keys to open a golden chest
